COVID-19 STUDIO APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
Due to COVID-19 we have some new guidelines you need to be aware of. These guidelines are effective immediately until further notice.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment - This is to not overlap clients and to allow additional time for sanitizing and disinfecting in between clients.
Upon entering our studio - We ask that you use our restroom to wash your hands before and after service. Sanitizers are also available through out our studio.
Only 1 client per appointment is allowed - If you must bring a guest with you (ex: parent/spouse), they must wear a mask in the studio at all times and meet the pre-screening appointment questions.
COVID-19 Pre-screening Appointment Questions. - Please reschedule your appointment 14 days if you answer "YES" to any of these questions.
Have you had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100°F or above?
Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu like symptoms, sore throat, coughing or shortness of breath?
Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms?
If you show any signs of sickness - we will cancel your appointment and will not reschedule for 14 days.
For facial appointments - you will be asked if you would like us to wear gloves.
Do I have to wear a mask while visiting? Although all our services are private appointments. There are chances that we may have more than 1 client in our studio at once. Out of respect for the health concerns of our staff and other clients we ask that if you are not having services performed that you wear face covering or smiliar during your visit.
In order to protect our clients and staff, we will have on mask at all times, continue sanitizing and disinfecting all implements and surfaces as we always have between clients.
With local and state rules changing we reserve the right to change these policies at any point without prior notice.
Consent for Service
I understand that, because esthetics involves maintained touch and close physical proximity over an extended period of time, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19. Upon entering V Beauty House, I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks involved from receiving services at this time, I voluntarily agree to assume those risks, and I release and hold harmless V Beauty House and it's staff members from any claims related thereto. I give my consent to receive services from V Beauty House and it's staff members.
